Our room rate on the web-site is per room, not per person.

**Cancellation policy**
– Cancel 2 weeks before before the check in date : Refund deducted 30% charge with remittance fee.
– Cancel 1 week before the check in date : Refund deducted 50% charge with remittance fee.
– Cancel After that : No refund.

Under our reservation policy, your part payment will be refunded into your bank or PAYPAL account.
There would be some profit or loss of your refund by the exchange rate fluctuations.
